# Tabrein

> Tabrein is an AI assistant that works in your own Google Chrome. You tell it a task in the Chrome extension’s side panel (or in the Tabrein desktop app for Mac and Windows), and it opens pages, reads them, clicks, types and fills in forms in a tab of its own, in the Chrome where you are already signed in. Before anything that can’t be undone — paying, sending, posting, deleting, submitting a form — it stops and asks you.

- Sign in with Google, Apple or an emailed code. No other AI account or API key is needed: Tabrein comes with the AI models it uses, run on Amazon Bedrock.
- Two speeds per chat: Fast and Smart. You pay per step with credits; a step costs about 5 credits with Fast and about 15 with Smart (estimates).
- New accounts get 200 free credits. Installing is free.
- Safety: works only in tabs it opened or that you shared; Tabrein Guard holds form submissions and data its clicks would send until you allow them; typing into password fields is blocked by default; you can block sites; it does not solve CAPTCHAs or get around logins or paywalls.
- You can attach up to 4 images to a chat message (screenshots, photos of invoices); they are scaled down on your computer before sending.
- Privacy: while a task runs, the pages it works on go to tabrein.com and to Amazon Bedrock; chats are kept until you delete them, at most 180 days without use. The extension has no analytics or advertising code.
- Limits: it cannot upload files from your computer, and it works through the same screens a person sees, so long tasks take more steps.

- Scale: $99/month or $990/year (two months free), 17,000 credits a month; yearly plans get the year’s credits at once (cancel any time)
- Enterprise: $249/month or $2,490/year (two months free), 45,000 credits a month; yearly plans get the year’s credits at once (cancel any time)
Credit packs:
- 500 credits: $5 (one-time, credits never expire)
- 1,000 credits: $10 (one-time, credits never expire)
- 3,000 credits: $25 (one-time, credits never expire)
- 6,500 credits: $50 (one-time, credits never expire)
- 14,000 credits: $100 (one-time, credits never expire)
- 100,000 credits: $600 (one-time, credits never expire)
- 500,000 credits: $2500 (one-time, credits never expire)
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days; a task that fails on Tabrein’s side refunds its credits automatically.
