1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Novpix LLC, 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States (“we”, “us”), which operates Tabrein. They cover the Tabrein browser extension, the Tabrein MCP server that runs on your computer, the licence service and these web pages (together, “Tabrein”). By installing, activating or paying for Tabrein you accept these terms. If you accept them for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it.
2. What Tabrein does
Tabrein lets AI applications that you choose and run (“AI apps”), such as Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor or VS Code, control the Chrome tabs you allow, through the Model Context Protocol. Tabrein does not include an AI model. AI apps are provided by third parties under their own terms, and you are responsible for your accounts and fees with them.
3. Licence
While your subscription or trial is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Tabrein. A Pro subscription is for one named person on up to three computers. A Team subscription covers the number of seats purchased; each seat is for one named person. Keep your licence key confidential and do not share it. We may limit activations to prevent misuse.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute Tabrein; remove or alter its notices; or circumvent, disable or interfere with its licence checks.
4. Free trial
New customers can use Tabrein free for 7 days. One trial is available per person and organisation. If you provided a payment method, your paid subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then; we remind you before the first charge where the law requires it. Without a subscription, Tabrein stops working when the trial ends.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars on tabrein.com. Orders are processed by Stripe, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record: Stripe sells you the subscription, charges your payment method, and calculates, collects and remits the applicable sales tax and VAT. Your purchase is also subject to the terms Stripe shows at checkout. We never receive your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.
Sales tax, VAT and similar taxes are added at checkout where required. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change, which applies from your next renewal. If a payment fails, we may suspend Tabrein until it is resolved.
6. Refunds
Refunds are described in the cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You are responsible for everything done through Tabrein in your browser and under your accounts, including actions taken by AI apps. You must comply with applicable law and with the terms of the websites you automate. You must not use Tabrein to:
- access accounts, systems or data without authorisation;
- bypass CAPTCHAs, paywalls, rate limits or other access controls;
- send spam, commit fraud, test stolen credentials or distribute malware;
- collect personal data unlawfully, or scrape websites in breach of their terms;
- harass others, or violate anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches this section.
8. AI actions and your responsibility
AI apps can misunderstand instructions and take actions you did not intend, such as submitting a form, sending a message, making a purchase or deleting data. Review what agents do, especially on accounts that handle money or important data, and use Tabrein’s controls to release tabs or stop agents. Novpix does not control what an AI app instructs Tabrein to do and is not responsible for the consequences of those instructions.
9. Your data
You keep all rights in your content. Tabrein processes page content on your computer and does not send it to us. Our handling of the limited data we do receive is described in the privacy policy.
10. Updates and availability
We improve Tabrein over time and may add, change or remove features. If we materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period. The licence service may occasionally be unavailable; Tabrein keeps working for a grace period when it cannot reach us.
11. Open-source software
Tabrein includes open-source components, including portions of Browser MCP and Playwright MCP licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Those components are governed by their own licences, which are included with the software. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.
12. Intellectual property
Except for open-source components, Tabrein and the Tabrein name and logos belong to us. These terms do not grant you any rights in them other than the licence in section 3.
13. Termination
You may stop using Tabrein at any time. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue Tabrein (in which case we refund any prepaid period that remains). Sections 7, 8 and 12 to 17 survive termination.
14. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Tabrein is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Tabrein will work with every website or AI app, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from Tabrein is limited to the amount you paid for Tabrein in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
If you use Tabrein for business purposes, you will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of Tabrein in breach of these terms or the law, including actions taken by AI apps you connected.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws and courts of the country where they live.
18. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email at least 30 days before they apply. Questions: info@novpix.com.
