Example requests

Type them in the side panel in your own words, in any language. Add “stop before saving” when you want to look first.

“In Meta Ads Manager, pause every ad set with a cost per result above $20 over the last 7 days, and list them for me first.”
“Raise the daily budget of the “Spring Leads” ad set to $40 and tell me what it was before.”
“Duplicate the “Retargeting – Website” campaign, rename it “Retargeting – Holiday” and change the end date to December 31. Don’t publish it yet.”
“Read spend, reach, results and cost per result for each active campaign this month and paste them into my “Ads report” Google Sheet.”

It asks you before

Saving budget, schedule or status changes
Publishing a new or duplicated campaign
Anything on the billing and payment pages

By default, Tabrein Guard also holds any form submission or data its clicks would send, until you allow it.

What it can’t do

It cannot upload images or videos for new ads; add creative files yourself.
It does not enter payment details or get around a Meta security check or CAPTCHA.
It works through the same Ads Manager screens you see, so large accounts take more steps (and credits).
